X-ray hysterosalpingography and laparoscopic fluid passage are important methods for checking fallopian tube obstruction

Tubal fluid, X-ray hysterosalpingography (HSG), hysterosalpingography, endoscopy (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, salpingoscopy) and laparotomy. The most commonly used are X-ray hysterosalpingography and laparoscopic fluid-passing test.

▲ Laparoscopic fluid passage test is a reliable method for evaluating the patency of fallopian tubes.

▲ X-ray hysterosalpingography can provide the internal structure of the uterine cavity and fallopian tube, especially in judging the site of fallopian tube obstruction, it is better than laparoscopic fluid passage, but it is not as good as laparoscopic fluid passage in identifying pelvic diseases and adhesions.

▲ The combined application of the above two can make the diagnosis accurate and comprehensive.

▲ Due to the poor specificity of the simple fallopian tube fluid examination, repeated fluid passage can also cause the upward spread of lower genital tract infections, and it has been gradually eliminated.
