steps:
1. Boneless chicken thighs, cut into cubes, add in marinade, mix well and let stand for 10~15 minutes.

3. Stir-fry dried chili, garlic, scallion white, and wine in the remaining oil, then add soy sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, water, and sesame oil seasoning and mix well. Pour in the chicken thighs and simmer for a while. Pour in black vinegar before serving, sprinkle with light green.
